Powerful light for mobility.

Today's headlamps are hardly imaginable without energy-saving LED technology. For high efficiency and safety, high-performance LEDs as well as plastic lenses with a centre thicknesses in some cases exceeding 40 mm are required.

Optoflux is one of the few manufacturers worldwide to produce such optics in tools with up to 16 cavities. Alternatively, we use multilayer techniques to reduce cycle time and increase accuracy. This enables us to meet both the qualitative and economic requirements of our customers.

Combiner and large-area (free form) plastic mirrors are another specialty of Optoflux. Even in large-scale production, the slightest distortion matters. Seamless networking of all production processes from development, toolmaking and plastic injection moulding to coating and testing under one roof is crucial. Optoflux has built up considerable expertise in this area in order to optimally supply our customers with ideas and products.

Camera and LIDAR lenses, e. g. for mirror replacement cameras and ADAS systems, are another focal point of Optoflux's automotive activities. Our development teams can develop solutions for complex optical requirements, manufacture prototypes and finally bring them to production maturity.
