For high-volume applications in the consumer and medical sector, glass lenses are increasingly being replaced by plastic optics, mainly for cost reasons. Due to the interlocking of tool manufacturing and precision injection moulding as well as thin-film coating, Optoflux is able to produce plastic optics with an accuracy of better than 2 rings on a volume scale and thus meet your highest precision requirements. Measurement verification is carried out either 100% inline or offline with precision measuring devices.
