Illumination optics

Optoflux has produced the headlamp lens for the first full LED headlamp in the Audi R8, and since then Optoflux has been at the forefront when our customers want to bring new technologies to market and require challenging solutions, such as 8- and 16-cavity moulds for thick-walled or multi-layer lenses with external ionization. In the case of multibeam headlamps, silicone primary optics from Optoflux also play a key role in the performance of this headlamp technology. With up to 84 light guides, these optics set standards in precision and manufacturing technology.
